Reimagining ZEPETO's Safety Center

THE CHALLENGE: As one of the largest-growing virtual environments for youth, ZEPETO’s safety center was full of useful information on how to keep youth safe on their platforms. However, they wanted a partner who could make transform these dense resources into more approachable guides for youth. 

 

OUR SOLUTION: 

  • Seat at the Table Workshop and Youth Insights survey to drive insights for safety guide development
  • Over 25+ custom, co-branded modules that live on their safety center or social channels 

 

THE IMPACT: NoFiltr made critical safety tools and guidelines to understand, ensuring any of the 400 million young users on ZEPETO had greater confidence in navigating one of the fastest-growing virtual environments.

Combatting sextortion with Meta & Childhelp

THE CHALLENGE: Meta partnered with Childhelp to develop a first-of-its-kind education curriculum to help protect young people from online exploitation, such as sextortion and grooming.

THE IMPACT: The sextortion prevention curriculum shaped by NoFiltr youth is now positioned to reach and protect tens of millions of young people across Meta’s global platforms—equipping them with the language, tools, and confidence to recognize and respond to online exploitation. 

The animated video series won three silver Telly Awards, in the categories of Health & Safety, Advocacy & Causes, and the People’s Telly (where the public voted on videos).

Helping young people find balance online with Pinterest

THE CHALLENGE: Not only did Pinterest want to engage with youth to inform their safety features and policies, they also wanted to bring together youth, caregivers, and educators for Mental Health Awareness Month.  

 

OUR SOLUTION: 

  • Resource Boards (Youth, Caregiver, Educator)
  • Influencer videos that yielded 200k views and 15k engagements

 

THE IMPACT: In its first year, this collaborative campaign between Pinterest and NoFiltr demonstrated the power of youth-informed digital safety. To mark Mental Health Awareness Month, we launched a tri-lens initiative—Resource Boards tailored for youth, caregivers, and educators, paired with a series of influencer-led videos. The result: over 14 million views, 65,000+ engagements, and meaningful participation across generations. Pinterest didn’t just update policies: they fostered dialogue, trust, and visibility for youth mental health on a platform used by millions.

Playing by the rules with Roblox

THE CHALLENGE: Roblox set out to make their Community Guidelines more accessible and youth-friendly. Alongside the launch of their new Civility Microsite and platform features, they aimed to develop youth-centered guides that reflect and elevate the voices of young people themselves.

 

OUR SOLUTION:

 

THE IMPACT: Through two co-designed Seat at the Table workshops and Youth Insights surveys, NoFiltr empowered Roblox to embed authentic youth perspectives into its Community Guidelines, resulting in two youth-authored safety guides that now anchor the platform’s Civility Microsite and stand to positively impact over 70 million daily active users, many of whom are teens navigating safety, identity, and connection online.
